These valve springs are a light upgrade for the 2GR-FE and the 2AR-FE to safely bump the max RPM up. With the stock camshafts these will allow the 2AR and 2GR valvetrain to safely hit 8000rpm. Note the stock 2GR-FE bottom end max safe RPM is 7800RPM, beyond that seems to be problematic in some motors.
While there’s a lot more math that figured into durability than just lift and RPM these are good for long term use up to 11.7mm of lift and up to 8000rpm where they won’t cycle out before the motor’s normal expected life. I would not advise using these with the 2GR-FE Track cams i sell or any other cam beyond that 11.7mm of lift. I currently have a new valve spring being produced to take care of safely allowing more lift for those builds.
Note that these valve springs reuse the stock valve spring retainers but they are only compatible with the straight stock spring, a few 2GR-FE motors got beehive springs from the factory, those would need the retainer replaced with the larger style.
